Welcome to the Waterford I community
Our Waterford I community is home to year-round residents as well as snowbirds who enjoy a friendly, active recreational and social lifestyle. Our 50 units are located within 8 buildings on a well landscaped street with additional parking for guests. Our pool and screened in cabana are popular meeting places for friends and families.
This website is for residents to easily access via appfolio information about the work of the Board of Directors, key governing documents of the association, and material relating to past and upcoming Board meetings. The calendar will include upcoming social events with links to details. Also included is a link to our Facebook page and to Bonita Bay Community Association.

Our Amenities
The quiet landscaped street leading through the Waterford I community is distinctively SW Florida at its best with the shaded canopy of live oak trees and stately palms. The welcome, friendly feeling of the neighborhood is punctuated by the numerous outdoor activities: walking, bicycling, birding, or exploring the natural beauty that surrounds us. The community pool and cabana building provide a central meeting place for everything from sun bathing and swimming to festive gatherings whether it be cocktails, grilling, or just some lively conversation. Meeting new and lasting friends is an ongoing occurrence throughout the Waterford I neighborhood.
